Path To Feel Happy

Rhyme/mantra tool
- Close your eyes and imagine a drain or a black hole. Drain away all the negative thoughts and feelings in that drain or hole.
- In your head create a short rhyme (mantra). It can be anything catchy, easy to remember and repeat. Start repeating it in your head all day long 24/7. The relief might feel instant.
- The goal for the rhyme is to erase all thoughts causing you feeling down, overwhelmed, or anxious and wipe out your mind, keeping it with zero thoughts. It will help to concentrate on daily tasks and won’t allow the thoughts to cause the feeling.
- Use the rhyme tool when you sense depression/anxiety is coming back or there is a slight hint it is returning.
All Day Long
- Shift your energy and all mental effort on being present in the moment you are in. Try to fully immerse in present, like nothing else exists – no thoughts about other tasks, problems, past, future, etc. Whatever happened 5-10 minutes ago is irrelevant as it is already in the past. Concentrate on a present moment mentally and physically.
- Repeat rhyme/mantra in your head 24/7.
Morning
It might look like nothing special, but it helps to start your day with great energy boost and clear mind.
- Wake up.
- Start breathing/meditation with closed eyes to clear and relax your mind (10 minutes while still in bed).
- Light workout – jumping jacks, sit-ups, pushups, or any other high energizing physical activity (10-15 minutes are enough).
- Take a shower.
- A short walk outside .
Afternoon between 2 and 4 pm
- 10 minutes of breathing/meditation with closed eyes to clear and relax your mind. This will give you energy boost and concentration.
Evening/bedtime
- No screen time and TV an hour before bedtime.
- Replace TV with a book at least 2 days a week (15-20 minutes are enough). Reading promotes relaxation and improves quality of sleep.
- Keep your cell phone away from your bedroom during nighttime.
